Families, RCOC service coordinators, CalOptima Health care managers and other professionals can refer someone for in-home respite care or personal assistance. It takes about two minutes, and our scheduling team follows up quickly.

How It Works

What happens after you refer

We read every referral the same business day it arrives and reach out to the family to learn about their needs and schedule.

Next steps

  1. Our scheduling team contacts you, and the family if you're a professional.
  2. We confirm the service, hours and authorization with RCOC or CalOptima Health.
  3. We match the family with a background-checked, CPR-certified caregiver.
  4. Care begins, and coordinators stay updated along the way.
